Cancellations…

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. PLEASE give your stylist 48 hour's notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A fee may be charged to the card on file for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours equal to 50% of services booked. Life happens and we do our best to accommodate clients when necessary, however we are a team of independent, self-employed stylists that are only compensated for salon services performed. Thank you for understanding!

No-shows…

If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.

Refunds…

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service or product, please notify Flicker and Finch within a week of your appointment to discuss possible solutions.

Pricing Structure…

Services vary in price depending on length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, products involved. Our posted prices are starting points and may vary. Prices also vary based on stylists as we are all independently contracted hair artists.

Credit Card Requirement…

A credit card is require to be kept on file to schedule. We require at least 24 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
