Our cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. PLEASE give your stylist 48 hour's notice for cancellation or rescheduling. A fee may be charged to the card on file for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours equal to 50% of services booked. Life happens and we do our best to accommodate clients when necessary, however we are a team of independent, self-employed stylists that are only compensated for salon services performed.
